How it works:
Whetstone will sit down with your management team and discuss all the business development activities defined in your growth plan. We will then evaluate each sales team member and their role in growth along with recommendations for specific training activities that may be in either group or one-on-one sessions (usually some mix of both).
Once the training plan is outlined, Whetstone will facilitate the training sessions with both the team and individuals. We will also outline an ongoing plan to reinforce the training and skills development and recommend coaching strategies.
