
Before joining Whetstone,
Carrie marketed professional services for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and RSM
McGladrey, Inc. for five years. She developed, organized and managed marketing
programs for one region's 12 offices and its information technology services
group. She also helped pilot and refine the client-needs based marketing and
sales process that later served as the firm standard.
In addition, Carrie spent two years as part of the firms' national marketing
organization management team, assisting in developing and implementing the
firm's first national direct marketing effort, including coordinating mailing
lists, mailing and telemarketing follow up and appointment setting.
Carrie also worked with business units to develop plans and advise location
marketing resources on the strategy and implementation of the tactics. She
helped plan and implement a sales and marketing blitz that generated over
$1 million in one month for the firm's national information technology consulting
group.
