How We Help

Marketing Assessment -- After a thorough analysis of your current marketing plans, budgets, expenditures, printed materials, Web site, growth results, etc. and interviewing key individuals in your firm, we develop and present a report of recommendations for how to improve your business development efforts to increase your return on investment.

Visioning Retreat -- We develop an understanding of your firm and your marketplace, then facilitate a one-day retreat with your firm leadership to determine how you will drive growth. We help you identify opportunities, establish your goal, and determine the best structure. Whetstone presents a report back to your team with our recommendations for next steps.

Brand Message Development -- We facilitate a session to determine your current and target service attributes, competitive differentiators, and market position, then help you develop an overall brand message (elevator speech). From this we help determine tag lines, marketing copy, and proposal content. This service can be delivered as part of the Visioning Retreat or separately.

Detailed Growth Planning -- We facilitate growth planning sessions with your niche teams and/or individual partners to develop integrated business development plans. Plans include a detailed goal, target market definition, business development activities which are aligned with your goal, and marketing messages that will differentiate you from your competitors.
